Benefiting the Community with High Quality Resources

With every new usage of FINDconnect™, a public facing knowledge base comes with it. This provides the community with a list of high quality resources that are either maintained by the clinic, call center or other type of organization utilizing FINDconnect™, or by the resource themselves thanks to the portal provided. Any changes made within FINDconnect™ are sync’d immediately to the public facing knowledge base.

To date, there are nearly 2,000 high quality, and culturally relevant resources available across all implementations of FINDconnect™ including our Help Me Grow ® affiliates!

This public facing knowledge base was designed to be easy to use by anyone in the community. It is categorized the same way it is in FINDconnect™ so, useful resources are not hard to find. They can be viewed and printed right from the site.
